We created Soalma with non-tech-savvy users in mind, especially seniors. We try to keep it as simple as possible. If you or someone you know still needs help our customer service team is here to help.
However, basic knowledge of a smartphone/ computer is required. Further assistance from a trsuted family member or friend may be needed for some users without this basic knowledge.
